At the global launch of Sapphire Residences in London last week, over 150 guests and dignitaries were treated to an array of cuisine ‘with a Sri Lankan twist’, prepared especially for the occasion by The Dorchester’s Executive Sous Chef Mario Perera (a graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Colombo). This masterful fusion of Sri Lanka flavours further enhanced the celebrations.
