home automation solution controlled interchangeably
through voice commands, a unifi ed mobile phone app
or touch tablets.

Exclusively available to residents, you are able to
control the environment in your apartment:

• Lighting and dimming controls
• Climate - heating and A/C controls for all rooms
through app and voice commands
• Drapes and blinds
• Personalised mood settings for lights, climate, drapes
and AV
• Door cameras with app controlled locking and
unlocking mechanism
• TV/AV controls
• Fire, smoke and gas leak detectors – safety features
with customised alert mechanism
• Occupancy sensors for bathrooms
• Panic alarm in bathrooms

The system includes a hands-free voice-based
experience using Amazon Echo or Google Home
to control all of the above features.

The system may also be integrated with most leading
brands of audio visual equipment which owners may
choose to install in their apartment.
