The launch of Sapphire Residences<\/a> took place on the 18th of October 2018 at the Sapphire Residence Experience Center.<\/p>

It was an evening of elegance with entertainment, refreshments and gastronomic delights exquisitely created for the evening by ITC’s celebrated Executive Chef Mr.Praveen Anand.<\/p>

Among the guests were the legendary designer Phillipe Starck, John Hitchcox from YOO, invited press and project partners. Earlier during the day, The Indian Design Forum presented Monsieur Starck with a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award<\/a> for his contribution to the design industry. Guests were welcomed by Arun Pathak, Managing Director of WelcomHotels and the Sotheby’s team.<\/p>

Guests received a tour of our magnificent Sky Mansion and were introduced to the project partners, granting them an opportunity to get to know the minds behind this exceptional project.<\/p>

Sapphire Residences, the most innovative new apartment project in Sri Lanka is now an iconic landmark in the City.
