Over the past two years, Colombo witnessed the city\u2019s newest landmark rising steadily at Galle Face at its iconic oceanfront location.<\/p>

The determination and dedication of the team saw to the completion of the magnificent 224 meter residential tower<\/a> on time and on budget, despite the difficulties that were faced,\u00a0 putting Sapphire Residences on the map as the best apartment project in Colombo.<\/p>

To commemorate this achievement, a \u2018Topping Out\u2019 ceremony was held earlier this month. Among the esteemed guests were key members of the construction team including Mr. Harsha De Saram, Chairman ICC, Mr. N Namachivayam, Sri Lanka Head of L&T, and Mr. Surath Wickramasinghe, who then participated in an informative round-table discussion at the Sapphire Residences Experience Centre, which was hosted by Mr. Nisthar Cassim, Editor of the Daily FT.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
